Heavy Duty Cleaner / Degreaser

The number one rig wash in the North Sea. An effective detergent developed for cleaning of drill floors and pipe decks as well as degreasing of production facilities and equipment

Dilution 1:5 with water, depending on the degree of soiling. Let it work for 2-10 minutes depending on impurity. Cleaning water temperature should not exceed 35°C. In cold water the work time must be increased. Should not be dried on the surface.

The product contains only readily biodegradable substances. The surfactants contained in this preparation comply with the biodegradability criteria as laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents. Environmentally Friendly Hydraulic Oil
LanoPro Hydraulic Oil 68 EAL is Extremely modern, biodegradable, hydraulic oil, based on synthetic esters. The latest additives technology, combined with synthetic base oils, provides the following special properties:

LanoPro Storage Oil 10 EAL

Light brown, semi-dry thin film lubricant with excellent penetration and corrosion protection properties. It is an oil product which is completely non-toxic and does not create an environmental footprint.

Premium grade coating formulated for frequent use in harsh conditions. Designed for maximum penetration and protection against degradation and corrosion. The product forms a thin protective shield suitable for short time storage of equipment, material or tools.

LanoPro Pressure Sprayer

is designed and developed to enable effective application of oils, coatings and cleaning products. It can efficiently spray oils and coatings on various applications such as wire ropes, pipes, coils, tools, metal surfaces, equipment etc. The Pressure Sprayer is equipped with a heater in order to achieve an optimum viscosity of the oil / coating during application and maximize penetration. It is a fully insulated, electrically heated pressure vessel. The product inside can be heated to a temperature up to 85° C whilst being pressurized beneath an air cushion. Capacity 23 liter / 6 bar.

THE VIPER WIRE ROPE LUBRICATOR

provides fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes at speeds up to 2,000m per hour. 3 VIPER kits are available covering following dimension ranges: 6-36mm (Mini), 8-67mm (Mid) and 50-165mm (Maxi). With a long life time of seals (up to 15000m), it eliminates the slow and labor intensive task of manual lubrication. Whilst at the same time achieving more thorough results by forcing quality lubricant under high pressure right through to the core of the wire rope.

We recommend LanoPro Wire Grease together with the lubricator.

LanoPro De-Wipes
